Order Processing and Timeline:

  • Our packages are designed as comprehensive solutions, and the inclusion of review likes is an integral part that cannot be separated, ensuring the effectiveness of your Google local search ranking improvement.
  • Your order will be added to our queue during weekdays within a 24-48 hour window after the confirmation of your business information by our customer service representative.
  • The anticipated duration for reviews to appear on your business listing can vary between 7-14 days, depending on the pipeline and Google’s system approval process. However, please understand that delays can happen, particularly for some business listings where it takes longer for the initial review to show up.
  • If there’s any missing information in your order, we’ll get in touch with you via email and won’t start the process until we receive it. Please be sure to provide the necessary details so that we can proceed with processing your order.
  • Clients cannot change the review keywords or business name after the order has been processed.
  • Modifying or altering any posted review is not a feasible option. Instead, we can offer additional reviews for undesirable content.

Please note that we offer a replacement warranty for all review services, provided you inform us within 30 days from the date of receiving your Order Confirmation.

Warranty:

  • A 30-day replacement warranty is provided for all services unless specified otherwise in some service description and below.
  • If the number of reviews you received drops below the amount you purchased within 30 days, reach out to us to arrange for a replacement.
  • However, if the drop in reviews occurs after the initial 30 days, we won’t be able to offer a replacement.
  • Should you wish for a more comprehensive warranty, you can choose to purchase the extended warranty for an additional fee.
  • The 30-day warranty is limited to 1-time replacement. Our company has the control of reviews for replacement.
  • All extended warranties are limited to 2-time replacement.
  • Extended warranty is offered for a fee upon request.
  • If a client initiates a dispute, please be aware that any warranty will be voided, and we will not provide a replacement.

 

Refund Process: 

  • If you don’t receive any reviews and likes in 30 days, you can request a full refund. This is the only scenario where a full refund can be granted. Please note that canceling an order for any other reason isn’t possible.
  • We are unable to offer a complete refund for orders that have been successfully completed but subsequently lost due to system’s deletion. This policy is rooted in the principle that providing a refund for a fully executed and processed order may be perceived as inequitable, given that we have duly fulfilled our contractual obligations, and the deletion of the order was beyond our control. 
  • For deleted reviews, we can offer a replacement only if you have utilized the warranty or if your order remains within the coverage of our warranty policy. If not, Buy Review Today retains the option to either replace certain content or provide a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • In the event of a client initiating a dispute, it is important to note that the warranty will be rendered null and void, and no replacements will be provided. In such a circumstance, Buy Review Today reserves the prerogative to select one of the following options:
    • Cancel the order without issuing any refund.
    • Provide a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Refunds:

    • Instead of cash refunds, Buy Review Today may offer coupons or store credits for returned items.
    • The value of the coupon or store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s).

  • Coupon Issuance:

    • Coupons or store credits will be issued upon successful processing of the return.
    • Customers will be notified of the coupon details via email.

  • Coupon Terms:

    • Coupons may be used for future purchases on our website or partner’s websites.
    • Expiration dates may apply to coupons.
    • Coupons are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
